FAQs
Yes! We do provide packing services. We offer clients with either full or partial packing services. Whether you want us to rescue you on your moving day and take all the stress away from packing every room in your home, or you just need a helping hand to finalize packing, we can do it all. We can offer boxes and packing supplies to you at an affordable price.
Both your pets and your belongings are equally important to us. To ensure the safety of your pets, we recommend leaving them with a friend or a family member, in an uninterrupted part of your home, or tied up in your yard during the move. Moving requires people in and out of your home with doors wide open and we wouldn’t want for your pet to get lost, or worse, get injured.
There are a few things you can do to prepare you appliances ready for a move:
All appliances should be empty of all items including edible items kept in the fridge or freezer. Normally, appliances will be loaded the last on the truck and the first ones to be unloaded so that we can reduce the time that food items are kept in the room temperature.
Do preparing your washer and dryer by disconnecting water lines and dryer hoses.
All we want is to get your belongings from point A to point B safely and in one piece! In the rare instance that damage happens, we do offer a Damage Coverage. You can visit our page or give us a call to learn more about our damage coverage.
Once the move is complete, the movers will stop the clock and inform you of total cost of the move. We accept cash as well as all major credit cards. We do not deal in checks. Businesses wishing to pay by check for an office move can get in touch to confirm if a check is acceptable.
